El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona turística está muy cerca caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y muy bien decoradas. La comida es muy buena, especialmente el desayuno. Las personas de limpieza son muy amables y atentas. Las personas de recepción y algunas del restaurante no son muy agradables, deberían ser mas amables para el trabajo que desempeñan. En general, el hotel es una buena opción al visitar Zaragoza.

Hotel was nice and clean. Not much around in terms of restaurants. Easy and quick taxi ride into town but not walking distance. Excellent if you’re communing by train. Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

This is one of those old style hotels that are pricey but not comfortable. They gave us a room in a corner with a view to a back patio because the man at the front desk said I had requested a "quiet" room. Bad choice. Small room, not comfortable at all. I went down to the indoor pool (cold weather in March) only to find out that it has been closed since the start of the pandemic. The good part is the location, right in the center of Zaragoza.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and whisked our luggage upstairs whilst we booked in. The room was a good size (Premium) and the bed lovely and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk away from the old centre and the restaurants within that area but the hotel recommended places for dinner within and without that area taking into account our requirements. We would recommend booking for breakfast as it was very impressive.

Great option in Zaragoza. Wonderful location, nice area, and the staff is friendly and always willing to please. One thing I would like though is for the gym to open earlier, as 9:00am is already work time.
