"The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Marrakech!"
