"My bed mattress was so soft that I woke up next day with a very serious back pain. Not good when a week of golf is following your stay at this prestigious hotel. I ask them to correct it , and they did changed the mattress promptly. Nevertheless , such a high rated hotel ( and high cost one) should not accept from their staff a badly used mattress to the point where it is ruined down. Another détail: you flush the toilet, yet it does not eliminate the paper still floating after 2-3 flushes. Hum….."

"The Riad was clean and comforting. The front desk was helpful upon checking, giving us tips and pricing guides when shopping. The Riad’s location is a plus. We were able to walk to souks, restaurants and all the popular landmarks! I would recommend this Riad to anyone looking to spend a few days in Marrakech. Decor has been curated to fit the Riad really nicely. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, but I definitely recommend anyone who is planning on staying. Daily Moroccan style breakfast is provided and it’s deliciously filling."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful! It was my first time in Marrakech and i only stayed 2 nights, 1 before and 1 after a 7 day tour. Hamza was very helpful arranging cabs for me, the dinner was delicious, and everything was in great condition. The beds are VERY firm though, so be aware! "

"A lovely riad in a great location, just 15-20 min walk from the very centre of Marrakech. All staff were lovely and helpful - Abdou even very kindly walked us to a restaurant at 23:00 at night to show us the best route to take. They also arranged airport transfers for us at a good price. Room was clean but unfortunately the air-con wasn't great."

"My wife and I recently spent 7 nights (March 22 - 29, 2026) at this riad and were extremely happy with our stay. We contacted the riad prior to our arrival to arrange an airport pick up. They arranged a driver who met us directly upon our arrival and drove us to the Medina. As the streets near the riad are narrow and difficult for vans/cars to pass, the riad arranged for our driver to bring us as close as he could and then a staff person from La Villa Nomade met us and walked us back to the riad - a very short 5 minute walk. We were greeted by the desk attendant and shown to the courtyard where we had mint tea and pastries while our check in paperwork was processed. We were shown to our room - it was amazing. We had opted for a suite and were very happy with our accommodation. The room was large, airy, bright and clean. There was a king size bed, separate seating area and a large, well designed bathroom. The room was located directly off a beautiful courtyard complete with water fountains and amazing floral elements. The roof top lounge area provided a welcome respite after long afternoons spent shopping in the souks or on day trips to the desert or to Casablanca. The well appointed bar area allowed us to order local Moroccan wine to enjoy under the stars in the courtyard or during the evening thunderstorms that we had that week. We took advantage of the included breakfast each morning - very filling and complete! The riad staff ensured our stay was a memorable one!"
