"My bed mattress was so soft that I woke up next day with a very serious back pain. Not good when a week of golf is following your stay at this prestigious hotel. I ask them to correct it , and they did changed the mattress promptly. Nevertheless , such a high rated hotel ( and high cost one) should not accept from their staff a badly used mattress to the point where it is ruined down. Another détail: you flush the toilet, yet it does not eliminate the paper still floating after 2-3 flushes. Hum….."

"The stay at Sofitel Marrakech Palais was excellent- amazing service and rooms. Our stay was unfortunately very short and barely an evening spent. But the beds were very comfortable and shower stalls and toilet all appeared modern and newly renovated."

"Fantastic place to stay. Great for families. Clean and beautiful with friendly staff. About 40 minutes walk to media but there was bus and taxi options. Slightly noisy with traffic in one of the bedrooms in the night but manageable"

"Lovely little hotel run by very friendly and attentive staff. Felt very safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We were looking for a quiet chilled place to stay, and this was it. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner but it is available. 5 minutes walk to YSL museum and Jardin Majorelle. 10 mins away from Medina by car/taxi. Would stay again. "

"I was really disappointed by the Riad we were only there for 1 night any more and I would have not stayed. Pictures online seem to be AI generated as the Riad looked nothing like these in reality. Really dissapointed. Room was small dark and cold and beds were extremely noisy and uncomfortable."

"This place is a good introduction to old Morocco. While nicely maintained, it has seen its glory days. The staff was quite attentive - the ones who can speak English well. We had dinner at the rooftop. The service was a little slow but the food was okay. Breakfast in our room was more than enough and it was delicious. "
