The staff were so friendly and attentive- they even insisted on escorting us to our pick ups for activities that were early in the morning. Every afternoon they gave us complementary tea and warm, freshly baked cake!
The location is a close walk from the souks yet in a quiet area that was easy to get to.

"Such a central location, easy to figure out where to go. The staff were the highlight; so friendly, personable and accommodating. "SPECTACULAR SERVICE. The hotel provides a walking guide from the taxi stand to the hotel and back at all hours of the day as it would be impossible to find. Feels a bit sketchy if you’re not used to the area (trash, beggars, motorcycles constantly on narrow paths), but when you step inside it is spectacular. Free laundry service every day. Rooftop breakfast lunch and dinner. Multiple pools. Turndown service (even close the drapes). They give you a local cell phone to walk the city with just incase your nav or cell doesn’t work. Spectacular attention to everyone’s needs. Absolutely authentic Morrocab charming Riad. Beautiful without feeling too Bougie. Authentic, attentive. A bit of a maze but there’s always someone to help you. Might be my favorite hotel ever and I stay 100 days a year in hotels. My colleague stayed at the Nobu. I stayed here. So happy I did. "
"The Riad itself was intimate and really gave the authentic experience. The rooms AC was a blessing and was never too hot. Beds and the bathroom were well kept and cleaned daily, so cute. The host was so, so kind and extremely helpful in many different ways, the best! Only thing I would mention is travelling around at night can be a bit challenging as it can seem like a maze. This is especially apparent when Google Maps aren't giving you correct directions or showing non-existent roads. Get a good bearing of the area during the day and try get to get back to the Riad at a reasonable time."
