About this property

Unwind and Relax at Vineyard with Hot Tub and Massage On Site!

  • Located on over 2 acres in Rural NE Ohio in Mahoning County near Youngstown and less than 90 minutes from both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Our home includes a mix of the old and the new. Built in 1899 the farmhouse has been newly remodeled to include three and half baths with beautifully tiled floors and modern bath fixtures to include a jetted tub, five foot walk in shower, and clawfoot tub. We have three bedrooms all with their own baths, fireplaces, Smart T.V., free WIFI. An outside deck provides extraordinary views of the winery and vineyards, hot tub, patio furniture, gas grill and gas fire pit for starlit, quiet relaxing evenings. On site massages can be scheduled for a couples or girls getaway. There are an abundance of things to do including two large recreational lakes nearby offering boating, water skiing, fishing and swimming with boat rental facilities available. Mill Creek Metro Parks has an abundance of hiking as well as bike rentals.

Great spot for a group a friends to connect. We went to the winery next door, had massages at the house, and slept comfortably in the beds. I especially loved the fireplaces all throughout the house.

I cannot express enough how great Brenda and her husband were. Communication was fast and efficient. It is an older style house with wood floors. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the hot tub. Lots of hiking close by in the state parks. All the rooms have fireplaces but it was warm when we were there so didn’t use them. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise over the adjacent vineyard while sitting in the hot tub. A very nice quiet place we even got to hear a live band that was playing at the vineyard from the comfort of the deck. 100 percent what we were looking for in a out of the way place to relax and enjoy time with the family.

Relaxing and a great view

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and beds were comfy. The place was so adorable with lots of character. Brenda was lightning responsive and nice. We can't wait to come again and visit the nearby vineyard.

This was our second time staying at this house. It is so charming, we love the hot tub overlooking the vineyard!! We didn’t have time for massages this visit, but those are wonderful as well. Great day!

The house was wonderful and clean. It was nice and quiet. The deck and fire pit were great for relaxing, as was the hot tub. The property size is great for privacy, and being a short walk from the winery was a nice perk! The host left an array of snacks and chocolates, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hosts and house made a great experience for our reunion of 6!

The house was easy to find and just as pictured! We loved the gas fireplaces in every bedroom and living room. The hot tub was perfect with the measured out amount of clorine prepared for each day.The beds were great; soft and firm at the same time. The kitchen is small but completely functional with all the needed basics to cook a full dinner. This was a great place to unwind and relax with romantic touches we were looking for.

A nice setting

The property was very nice-the hot tub got evening use, the wide outdoors became a great place for baseball with grandsons! The 10 minute drive from Lake Milton was simple and a nice separation for our part of the family reunion.

Such a quaint place to stay! Kitchen, fireplaces, fire pit, hot tub, and next door to a winery. This was our second time staying here and hope to come back. Met all of our comfort needs. Owners are also very easy to talk with.

Lovely house!

My friends and I needed a quiet place to chill for a weekend. The house is close to the road, but it isn’t very busy and private enough. The deck is nice, the fireplace is great for hangs, and the hot tub was a treat! We loved the interior fireplaces and the Google speaker. Everyone reported their bed was comfy!
