Me and my families stay was very good, no disturbances and very comfy beds, very helpful after a long day on the road. The hotels pool looks very nice, small but sweet and the slide looks new/great condition. Definitely will recommend/ stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked like a good size and from a far the water didn't look the cleanist. We enjoyed the scavenger hunt that was provided at the front desk. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel I felt was very dirty. The pool and hot tub very scummy. The room also was a let down. Multiple stains. Bed sheets were dirty. Got the room because it had a kitchen. Kitchen had one pot that was very well used and scratched up. The hot water never really got hot.

The keys were never working. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them re done. Ended up having about 8 keys by the end of the 3 days stay. Staff were very nice. No coffee in the rooms either

Hi Amber: My apologies for the key issue, not sure why you had to return to the front desk and have them reprogrammed multiply times, however I will contact our vendor and ask them. Trust you asked the front desk for more coffee as housekeeping is only done every 3 days. Have a good day.

Property is close to a gas station and a casino. Overall facility is in good order. Some fitness equipment requires replacement. The guest room carpet, doors and trim are due for updating of refinish. TV, internet worked well.

The bathroom floors hadn't been swept. There were crumbs on the tv counter top. Carpet had several stains on it. Almost empty toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. All 3 of us used the bathroom one time and one of the rolls was empty. Not enough staff at check in time. She was on the phone and there was a line up of four people. The pool area didn't have very good lighting. We decided not to use the pool as the water was merky and dirty. There was not enough room at breakfast so we also didn't partake. Overall I wouldn't book here again.

Good stay.
Out room was spacious, the breakfast was well-stocked, staff were courteous, and the pool was decently maintained. Shower could have been a little hotter, but for some reason the pleasent smell of the citrus scented soap made up for it.

Thank you for your review. We just installed a new water heater on Thursday and the circulating pump for the hotel had a hard time keeping up with the business of the hotel as everyone seemed to be showering at the same time.

Hi Stewart: When booking a room a guest must have a bank issued credit card to guarantee the reservation. You may pay with cash or visa debit at check out, however that depends upon the way you booked your room with Expedia.

Rough night.
We've stayed at this hotel many times. This was probably the worst stay yet. Neighbours next door smoking many left handlers (not a bad thing by no means) just go outside, and puff away. Their door open to the hall way, yelling and screaming all night, one massive party in the hotel. Front desk did nothing. Glad. My. 9yr and 11yr old had no issues getting and staying asleep. Don't think I will be staying here again, may just go down the street to another hotel. Aside from this, hotel isn't bad. Fair priced, pool area needs a little TLC.
