In a perfect location from which to explore and enjoy all that York has to offer this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom property with Minster Views is a perfect choice for your time in York.

Through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor. On the first floor of a beautifully converted building, your lounge and kitchen area are located with plenty of seating and dining tables easy pulled out to accommodate your group to sit down and enjoy a meal together.Going on to the 2nd floor is a king size bedroom and ensuite and a Double bedroom with ensuite.

The 3rd floor mirrors the 2nd floor with a king size and double bedroom both with en-suites.

King’s Square is seconds away which hosts talented street artists during the daytime or you can venture minutes out of the front door and explore the many historical, cultural and culinary sites within the City walls. Just ten seconds away is the famous Shambles, leading down to the unusually named Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate (one of the smallest streets in York). Continue down Fossgate and you are onto what is fast becoming known as ‘Restaurant Street and Bar street’, where there are many interesting eateries, ranging from Indian and Thai, to French, Italian, Polish and Tapas. Just minutes away is Betty’s tea room and the Minster from your door step.

You really can’t get much more central than this!

Fantastic stay

Stayed for the weekend for a hen do, from start to finish this was great! Fantastic response to any query’s, in a perfect location for nightlife, rooms a good size and each room had an on suite which was perfect for us.

Fantastic Trip

Just home from a fantastic trip. Boutique were great with communication, and were kind enough to let us check in early which saved carrying our luggage around the city. The house was lovely, and exactly as described. There was a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers but nothing that affected our stay. The noise level in the evenings was quite loud, however ear-plugs were supplied. Couldn’t fault the location!! If you want to be right in the middle of the action, it’s the perfect spot.

Lovely property right in the heart of York. Couldnt be in a better location. The house is great, well decorated and tidy. We had a problem with the boiler but the host was brilliant and put us in touch with a plumber immediately who was able to help us fix the issue ourselves. we'd absolutely stay here again next time we're in York.

This house was brilliant, very central. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. 4 bedrooms and each with their own shower room was very ideal. No parking but you did not need it as you was walking distance to everything.

In the Center of Everything

A bit difficult to find because there is no address number on or near the door. Great location in the middle of everything, although a bit noisy into the night because it is in the middle of everthing. No shampoo, conditioner, bath soap provided, but otherwise a really great to stay.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this very nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable, a home from home for a few days. A great location on the Gillygate just a few hundred yards to the centre. A quirky layout of the apartment. One thing to note is traffic noise. The Gillygate is a narrow road and busy so it generates traffic noise. If you are used to a quiet sleep you might get woken up early.

Fantastic location and well set up for our party of 3 adults. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was a real bonus for us. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Beds, bedding and towels were very nice. That said, it is a little tired with carpet stains and tears as others have mentioned. Washer is a combined unit and we had to hang up our laundry to get it completely dry. However, we appreciated having laundry at all and we would definitely stay here again.
