"There was an issue with the room, but it's all the fault of Expedia. The picture they showed was a queen size and a twin bed and not a sofa twin bed. I called Expedia and they did nothing to fix the issue. Keep in mind that the bedrooms at list this one was tiny. The bathroom was very small but clean. The Queen size was hard. Good coffee which they had available next to the reception desk. If you use Uber, you can walk to the front desk, but the hotel is far from everything. If you take the train it is pretty far too and can be confusing. Do your homework before you decide to stay at this hotel. ."

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."

"Microwave only on specific floors so not convenient if it’s not on your floor. Loved the onsen and the preview on the tv which can give you an idea how busy it is."

"Location is very convenient. It’s about a 5-6 minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station. Plenty of places to eat and a 7-11 nearby. The staff is very helpful and patient."
