It's a very nice open plan beach house for a getaway. The only real issue is that the two single beds can't be bonded to make a double, and just pushing them together doesn't really work. There are simple kits that could be used to solve this. The location is convenient to walking around the Enoshima area, and the place itself very nice. Parking is down the street in a pay lot that may or may not have space, and there is no way to drive up to the place to drop bags. Setting up surfing or windsurfing lessons was difficult, and we weren't able to do so.
