Lovely comfy and clean room, which was huge compared to the rooms in the rest of Japan we have stayed at. The view from the room was lovely too. Would have preferred a dedicated shower rather than over the bath, but the rest of the amenities such as free coffee was brilliant. Staff perhaps a little less warm and friendly than other places we have stayed, but a minor criticism. Would recommend for Yokohama!

The room was very spacious with king bed, big fridge and microwave. The gym was very useful with natural light. Also we could do our laundry Great location, next door there is a train station, also delicious pastry shop and many convenience stores and cafes.Only 5 minutes walk to the pier. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Right next to the station where you can travel easily within a minute. Rooms were excellent. Spotless and breakfast was great. We were going in a cruise from there and it’s a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. I recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed the location due to proximity to nearby station & convenience stores. The room was spacious & had a mini kitchen with fridge & microwave. The breakfast although the same for our 2 night stay was a good variety, delicious & reasonably priced.

WiFi login would be better if they had a QR code login and the laundry should be free to do, kind of annoying you need to pay with 100 yen coins. Good thing was the Gym though it’s good enough to get a workout done

The hotel is well situated from the station and has lots of restaurants and several parks. Close to the cruise terminal if your ship is docked there otherwise it is a 30 minutes cab drive. We sailed with RCCL and ship embarked us from the other side of Yokohama. Check in at 3 pm but got in no layer than 2 pm because I signed up as a member. Airi, the front desk staff was helpful. All front desk staff spoke English. Kathiwada helped us with our luggage to Nagano. It costs only $ 43 for 2 medium and 1 small suitcases. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Instead of a western breakfast I opted for my Japanese breakfast yummy mackerel. This is our go hotel when in Yokohama.
