"Nice hotel, our room was on the 20th floor, sometimes took a while for the lift to come, as people on lower floors would request it first, roof top garden could do with a tidy but overall near to two subway exits, easy to get around and the AirPort Express bus drops you close by approx 150 yards."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Check-in was incredibly easy and efficient. We were also able to check in earlier than the standard time by signing up for the hotel’s free loyalty program. The sign-up process was quick and painless, and it was well worth it for the added convenience of getting into our room early. The location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently close to the train, making it easy to get around, and it’s also within easy reach of Myeongdong Night Market and Namdaemun Market. There were plenty of things to explore, eat, and shop for right nearby, which made the location especially convenient. Another great feature was the washer and dryer in the lobby. You do need cash to use them, but having laundry facilities right at the hotel was incredibly convenient. It meant we could wash clothes during our trip and avoid bringing a suitcase full of dirty laundry home! Our room also had exquisite views of the city and surrounding hills. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of convenience, comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

Part of the neighborhood's charm is its college atmosphere. Many visitors come to bask in its beautiful outdoor settings, namely the riverfront and parks. Yeouido is a great home base for exploring the greater Seoul area, especially with so much hotel accommodation to choose from.

Sightseeing around Yeouido

The area's storied past is told through its monuments and churches, while the museums provide some cultural flavor. Sights like Jeoldusan Martyrs Shrine, KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae, and YG Entertainment Building offer insight into the local culture. Yoido Full Gospel Church, 63 Building, and Culture Station Seoul 284 are some local landmarks. Bring the family to SeaLaLa Spa & Water Park, Namsan Cable Car, and Namsan Botanical Garden.

At Bucheon Botanical Garden, Gwanak Arboretum, and Anyang Art Park, take some time to really appreciate nature. Plan to do some shopping while in town? Consider IFC Seoul, Noryangjin Fish Market, and Times Square Shopping Mall. Yongsan Electronics Market, I’Park Mall, and Sonin Plaza are other spots for some local fun.

Don't miss some of the area's most popular attractions, such as National Museum of Korea, Gyeongbok Palace, and Dongdaemun Market. You can also head to KBS Exhibition Hall, Sayookshin Park, and Seonyudo Park.
