Very nice hotel with friendly staff, convenient for visiting areas in Seoul either side of the river. Quiet area considering how central it is, with parks nearby.

I booked Mercure Ambassador Hotel and I was so pleased with my choice of hotel.Had a little issue that was swiftly fixed. The staff is outstanding, they always smiling and will always do their best to help with very good attitude to work and customers.I arrived from the 29th of August to the 7th of September early morning. My checking in was excellent, I was able to get an early check in as I requested.I will recommend anyone to this hotel, the service is exceptional.

We stayed here for 6 days 5 night. Amazing location with less than 5 minutes to subway. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose, all within walking distance. Professional and friendly staff, great laundry self service on the 5th floor too. Direct airport express back to the Incheon airport. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!! Staff friendly, place clean, daily housekeeping, okay breakfast, very good priced. Very close to hongdae. The station is nearby and easily gets you to great places around Seoul. Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern (the toilets - omg!) and the check-out was seamless. The location of the hotel was fantastic – walking distance to both Ikseon-dong & Myeong-dong and we enjoyed exploring Insadong also.

great overall

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower

LOVED this stay. Solo female traveller that stayed for two weeks and felt so welcomed by the staff here. Fresh towels every day and bed made if wanted. Free water - even though bottled water in Seoul is cheap it made such a difference! 2 mins walk away from the nearest convenience store which was well stocked. Had a kettle in room and microwave in hallway so if you didn’t feel up for eating out you could make something in your room. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and a comb....

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Thank you for an excellent stay - Staff welcoming and attentive, location is great, the room was perfect and great nearby amenities. I recommend 100% and hope to visit again in future. Please keep up the excellent standards!

The room itself (Superior room, queen bed) was incredibly nice. Spacious and clean. The view we had was incredible with floor to ceiling windows across one wall. Bathroom very nice and plenty of space all round. One of the nicer hotel rooms we've stayed in. Solid air conditioning. Good shower. Within a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station with good connections. Easy walk to the starfield mall also. We didn't go to the restaurant or have breakfast as there was so many coffee shops...

Convenient one night stay at end of guided tour on last night. Plenty of places to eat around the area . Very close to Jongak subway station , 2 stops on Line 1 from Seoul station where we took Arex rail express to Incheon airport . Helpful friendly reception . Room was more spacious & comfortable compared to similar priced 3 star hotel in Myeongdong

Amazing accomodation and super helpful staff.
