Staff was excellent; lobby area was nice with complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and cookies. Disposable utensils and plates were also available.
The room and washroom was dated. The room was also not sound proof from rooms above and below. There is AC, kettle, and dryer available in the room. The room could accommodate 5-6 guests (Family)

The room was clean, staffs were so nice, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Really enjoyed the stay. Very close from Guro digital station(line2) -5mins on foot.
Airport limousine bus was also very nearby 2-3mins walking distance.
Highly recommend Shilla stay!!!

Nearby restaurants and easy to get around. However front desk staff is not helpful at all. They don’t even look at you when checking out, just took your room cards and continued with their laptop without even telling you that your check out is completed. Very rude.

"Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more ..."
