"Everything was good despite no microwave. The food at the restaurant was limited and repetitive throughout the park and not very good. So you feel trapped on your choices. We were there 5 days and couldn’t wait to hit a restaurant outside the park. I wish all hotels would stop using message shower heads you don’t have the pressure. I am using way more water to get the soap off."

"Great stuff, gave lots of information. Fire pit was nice, and you can get free cotton candy to cook. Hotel was a bit old, but at Yellowstone National Park, what can you expect. Room provides binoculars and hiking sticks for free to use which was great! No TV which was common in Yellowstone."

"The Hotel is nice and clean. The problem is it is old and the rooms are loud. We could hear the people above us non stop."

"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Free laundry was a bonus. Indoor pool and spa were enjoyable although one family was hogging the pool for half a day. Parking was a hassle during our late checkin. The AC in the room couldn't be adjusted. Restaurants and stores were at walking distance. Great location, right at the west entrance of the park. Overall a good stay."

"Fantastic, beautiful and convenient location! Staff was generally very helpful. Unfortunately breakfast is not included but there were several options for food. Very special historical landmark."
