"The hotel is outdated. The lighting is terrible in both the room and hallways. The bathroom had mould on the roof and floor and the toilet periodically made noises throughout the night. The staff were nice and greeted us well. The breakfast buffet was your standard buffet, nothing exceptional, it was $30 pp and $19 for our 2 year old. If you are looking for clean and new hotel i'd look elsewhere there are better option's in Parramatta. "

"Second time staying with this host. 1st was another residence. Everything that was adverised was down to a T... Highly recommend staying with this host. They are simply Amazing. contact with the host os faultless. If i could give 10 i would. Location is great, nice and peaceful, close to everything.
