7/10 Good! (56 reviews)
Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money.

8.6/10 Excellent! (73 reviews)
As an American visiting New Delhi, avoid this place. The pictures of the outside are deceiving. This is not a good area of New Delhi. The traffic is congested at all hours of the day. The room itself had potential. Updated bathroom, clean fixtures. The linens however did not look clean. Also, the paint in the room itself was peeling but it almost looked like some kind of mold. They don’t clean your room and say they can only clean IF you leave your room key?? The roof top bar was nice (if you didn’t have a view of the slums. Just don’t look over the edge I guess) and our waiter was great and provided great service. Very attentive. Also the food was actually pretty good.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (72 reviews)
Access to the property was a bit difficult due to narrow inner paths and uneven surface. Other than that, all good.

"Didn't have good experience with front desk staff for check-in and check-out. Check-in person offered an upgrade to a room with views, however, the room was facing another property under construction and there were no views. Check-out person took forever because they didn't have clear & correct paperwork ..."
