The food was very good in the 24/7 restaurant. The amenities were best good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The property is a little dated and in need of upgrade to qualify as 5 star.

Clean rooms with essential necessities. Best part of the stay was the overall staff's service level excellence. Thank you Bobby and team for ensuring my transit stay was awesome. Bobby has also booked good day tours for me with a private driver. Food was delicious at the restaurant.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She told me it was her second-best birthday ever, which says everything. From the moment she arrived, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The atmosphere, the comfort, and the overall experience made her feel special, which was exactly what I wanted. She couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed the stay and how relaxed and happy she felt the entire time. It meant a lot to me to hear how much she loved it, and I’m really glad I chose this place for such an important occasion. Thank you for helping create such a memorable experience. 3rd stay at Novotel but this time both my friends and I didn’t sleep in both rooms we received. Noisy and pounding. Placed on 3 rd floor, gym and spa on 2 nd floor. Also very noisy outside with street noise which is the first. Last 2 stays it was quiet but this time had the dinner buffet for 4 people ...
