This unit really is the ultimate holiday property for those wanting to wake up, check the surf, go for a long morning walk on the beach or just relax on the large balcony with a morning cuppa. An easy 15 minute walk finds you in the heart of Yamba's CBD, cafes and restaurants.

Featuring a spacious open plan kitchen, tastefully furnished living and dining area that opens out to the balcony, ideal for catching the cooling ocean breezes or entertaining guests. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge. The Main Bedroom includes a Queen Bed, built-ins and ceiling fans. The second bedroom offers 2 Single Beds, built-ins and ceiling fans, all linen is provided. The unit offers a generous size bathroom with a shower vanity and toilet. Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer. Off street parking on a slope available - No access to garage

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Unit with best location and great view

We stayed 5 weeks in this unit und over all we liked it and would book again. The view from the terrasse was great, the unit was nice and roomy. There are good beds, some furniture were new, some in-built furnitures in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms need some maintenance. We left our car mainly on the street below the building, as the really steep driveway is a little bit scary.
