In 2024 we opened a rental villa with a motorcycle garage quietly located on a side road of the cycling road in the Yamanakako Plain
A new house and a detached garage were built in a quiet spacious garden
Lake Yamanaka does not have many tourist facilities but the lack of anything is also its selling point You can enjoy nature throughout the four seasons hiking and cycling while looking at Mt Fuji and the lake and the high altitude makes it a summer resort and a freezing cold winter
A couple of motorbike riders have made their dream villa into a reality
Why not experience what it would be like to move to Lake Yamanaka / This is the annex of Pension Ivy a guesthouse with Lake Yamanakas mascot cat and there is no manager present
The building has a splitfloor design and is designed for cold climates
Due to its structure preschool children cannot stay here
A projector Netflix games and other play items are available in the room
The only pet allowed is cats
