This stylish, modern four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with a private heated pool (heated during the winter months) and pool table comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Villa Quintus is an ideal choice for families and groups, offering a spacious and well-designed layout arranged over two floors, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday.

Situated in the peaceful residential area of Montaña Roja, the villa is just a few minutes’ drive or approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. For everyday essentials, there is a convenient local store just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, while a larger Lidl supermarket is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

Villa Quintus has a bright, contemporary feel throughout and enjoys fabulous sea views towards Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from its first-floor balcony terrace.


Layout

The accommodation is particularly well suited to families, with bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently located across both floors. Downstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, making it a wonderful room for enjoying easy access to the outdoor space. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, accessed from the lounge area, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the master double bedroom benefits from access to the balcony terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views and Lanzarote sunshine. A further twin bedroom is also located on this floor, with both bedrooms sharing a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath.

For a little friendly competition, guests can enjoy the pool table, alongside a convenient bar area, making the outdoor space a great place for the whole family to spend time together.
