Charming villa located in Playa Blanca, ideal for families, groups of friends and couples looking for peaceful and comfortable holidays. A fully equipped and welcoming accommodation with capacity for 6 people.   
  
The property has 3 bedrooms distributed with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, perfect for ensuring restful rest. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, which provide comfort and privacy to guests.   
  
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware. Ideal for preparing delicious meals during the stay.   
  
The lounge is equipped with a television with channels in Spanish, English and German, and WiFi connection to stay connected. Some rooms have air conditioning for greater comfort.   
  
The outdoor spaces are one of the strengths of this villa. It has a private garden. It highlights a terrace with mountain views, swimming pool and garden. The private swimming pool of 8x4 metres is heated, perfect for enjoying at any time of the year.

#### Perfect Birthday Week

As always, it was wonderful. The villa is in a fantastic location and very tastefully decorated. The service and responsiveness of the Villalia team and the handling of requests is excellent and very quick. We (six adults and a toddler) felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The bathroom with the bathtub could do with a revamp.
