The villa itself is spacious and modern. The pool and area around it also lovely with a couple of comfortable sofas. Super welcome pack on arrival and the place was spotless. Beds are lovely and comfortable, each bedroom en-suite. Puerto Calero marina is less than a 10 minute walk and has around 15 restaurants and bars to chose from as well as a small supermarket and shops. Very nice, with lots of amenities and very nicely decorated. Nothing is missing from the kitchen equipment. Bluetooth box, USB charging option in the bedrooms are all great. Outdoor dining table, lounge furniture, loungers are all available. Cushions for the loungers would be nice. Service was excellent as always at Buenavilla. There is a star deduction for eco-friendliness because the pool has no cover. Otherwise a very nice house in a quiet location and within walking distance of the harbor. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und der Hafen von Puerto Calero ist in ca. 5 min. Fußläufig zu erreichen. Zahlreiche kleine Innenhöfe, die zu den Zimmern und Bädern mit (verdunkelbaren) Fenstern ausgestattet sind, lassen viel Licht ins Haus. Die moderne Technik gestattet die Klimatisierung und das Licht jedes Zimmers, sowohl Zentral, als auch in jedem Zimmer separat zu steuern. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit USB Ladesteckdosen ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, so das selbst anspruchsvolles Kochen möglich ist. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Lampen über dem Esstisch, welche wohl auch die Akustik im großen Ess-Wohnraum positiv beeinflussen. Die hintere Terrasse des Hauses, bietet sowohl Schatten, als auch Sonnenplätze je nach Tageszeit, so das man den Sonnenschirm nur sehr wenig nutzen muss. Der rund 20 m lange, beheizte, Pool lässt ausgiebiges schwimmen zu. Leider hat dieser keine Abdeckung. Der vordere Teil des Grundstücks und der Pool ist von der Straße aus einsehbar. Spaziergänger schauen gerne mal rein. Das könnte den ein oder anderen stören. Durch Lamellen Paneele lässt sich, Küche und Wohnbereich, etwas gegen die Einblicke schützen. Auf dem Hof gibt es ein elektrisches Tor und einen Stellplatz, auf dem sich eine Wallbox zum Laden von E-Autos befindet. Haben wir aber nicht getestet, da zur Buchungszeit noch nicht fest stand, ob die Installation schon abgeschlossen sein würde. Der Parkraum ist so groß, das man mit einem kleinen Auto in 2 Zügen wenden kann. Vorne kann man das Meer und einen Teil von Fuerteventura sehen, hinten den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer und dem Hafen von Puerto Calero.
