The Space:

Las Brisas 112 is a beautifully presented 1-bedroom villa located within the award-winning Las Brisas complex, one of Playa Blanca’s most popular and well-maintained holiday communities. Known for its friendly atmosphere, mature gardens, and excellent on-site facilities, Las Brisas offers a relaxed and welcoming setting perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families.



Inside, the villa has been comfortably furnished throughout to create a relaxed home-from-home feel. The bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers everything needed for an easy and enjoyable stay, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day by the pool or settling in for a quiet evening indoors. The lounge includes a large flat-screen TV with a wide selection of UK and European channels, while a ceiling fan helps keep the space cool during warm Lanzarote evenings.



The twin bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning available for guests to use via a coin-operated system. A safe and hairdryer are also provided for added convenience. For families travelling with a young child, a foldaway bed can also be arranged for an additional fee.



Outside, the villa benefits from its own private partially covered terrace and garden area, creating a lovely space to enjoy breakfast outdoors, unwind with a book in the sunshine, or enjoy relaxed al fresco dining in the warm evening air. Two private sunbeds are also provided exclusively for guests staying at the villa.



One of the highlights of staying at Las Brisas is access to the fantastic communal facilities. The complex features a large heated communal swimming pool with lifeguard supervision, separate children’s pool, and play area, making it ideal for guests of all ages. Plenty of communal sunbeds are available free of charge around the pool area, while tennis courts can also be booked through reception.



The on-site pool bar serves food and drinks throughout the day and often hosts live entertainment in the evenings, creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere suitable for all ages.



Las Brisas enjoys an excellent central location within Playa Blanca, with the main beach, promenade, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops all within around a 5-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy the resort without needing a car.



For guests choosing to hire a car, free parking is available close to reception. The reception team is available daily to assist with any queries during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will need to check in at the main reception of the Las Brisas resort, where you will be provided with the keys to the villa.



The main reception is open until 10pm daily, after which the on-site bar remains open until approximately midnight.



If you expect to arrive later than midnight on any night during your stay, we kindly ask that you inform the reception team in advance so that the 24-hour security team can be notified accordingly.



The Neighborhood:

Alongside being part of one of Playa Blanca's most popular holiday complexes, Las Brisas enjoys a fantastic location just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and its renowned seafront promenade. A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and local amenities are all within easy reach, making it the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach and resort atmosphere without needing to travel far.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is right on your doorstep, from the beach to a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it easy to enjoy Playa Blanca without needing a car.



Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, guests need to check in at the main reception at the Las Brisas resort, where you will be provided a key to the villa.
