I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived, making it uncomfortable throughout our stay. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and it often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
For an all-inclusive resort, access to many amenities and services was limited, especially before the official check-in time. We arrived early expecting to enjoy some of the benefits of an all-inclusive stay, but were unable to access much of anything without additional hassle.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.
