Calypso Retreat offers a comfortable base for visitors exploring the island of Gozo. It is conveniently located near the village of Xaghra, close to the notable Calypso Cave and Ramla Bay, known for its distinctive red sand. The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom.

The exterior of the property includes a spacious back terrace with a pool, hot tub, sunbathing areas, and a secluded olive tree garden, providing a private and relaxing environment.

Inside, Calypso Retreat features three well-furnished bedrooms. Two of these rooms have king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third room, suitable for children, has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, ideal for hosting gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, crockery, and dishwasher. The living room features an L-shaped sofa and a TV.

Outside, the property has a pool surrounded by stone walls for added tranquillity. Guests can use the charcoal grill for meals, dine at a large table under a canopy, and enjoy the olive garden views. As evening approaches, the hot tub provides a relaxing spot to enjoy the starry sky.

It rests adjacent to the iconic "Calypso Cave" viewpoint and is a stone's throw from the renowned Ramla Bay, known for its distinct red sand. Additionally, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ggantija, is close by, with all essential amenities conveniently within walking distance.

Despite Gozo's compact size—just seven kilometres in length and slightly over thirteen kilometres wide—there is a wealth of activities to suit all preferences. All electricity and water consumption is included. But for Electricity this is capped at 45 units consumption per day, which is far more than enough. If this is exceeded, the extra units will be charged from their security deposit at the rate of 0.38c (including VAT) per unit.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For Air-condition/heating consumption guests will have to pay extra through a coin metre at the rate of 0.38c (including VAT) per unit of electricity. 2 euro and 1 euro coins can be changed during check-in.
