"We had a great experience at this hotel. There were 16 of us, staying in 8 rooms for three nights and the accommodations and friendliness of the staff was well worth the drive out by the airport. The check-in was near flawless and the breakfast lady on Sunday morning, July 27, went out of her way to provide some breakfast items for us even though we had to leave an hour before breakfast even started. We will definitely use this facility again when we are visiting Munich in the future. "

"This is my 5th stay at the Kastanienhof. It is located conveniently across S-Bahn and bus station, short bus ride to the airport. The room was lovely and clean. I absolutely love their buffet breakfast, so good. The hotel is a short, pleasant walk from the beautiful old downtown with a great variety of restaurants and shops. Kastanienhof is my go-to Airport Hotel."

"We stayed in Erding for a night after arriving to Munich and heading to Salzburg next day. We had a great spacious room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The area around felt very safe, we walked to the burger place nearby for dinner and walked back. The only thing I regret is not doing enough research about the area to know that there are terme in Erding! "
