"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. "The room is clean and neat. The amenities were completely provided. Nice design for the hot spring tub. Facilities in the hotel is great. Free happy hour with unlimited red/white wine and snacks for the hotel guests, swimming pool and public hot spring are available on the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast has variety of local food, it'd be great if there's sashimi as some 5 stars hotel would most likely offer it."
