We came for a weekend because our 7 and 9 yo children REALLY want to ride the motorcycles in the hotel (as advertised online). We reserved the family room only to find out those rooms DO NOT come with a motorcycles/automobiles because our room is on the 11th floor. Unless you reserve the 8th, 9th, or 10th floor rooms, your room does not come with a car/motorcycle for your child(ren) to drive in. This was not clear on the website at all. The children can still drive on the 8th floor in the fastasical castle area but it's only limited to that space. There is no motorcycles available on the fastasical castle tho. It was disappointing to learn of this fact after we arrived and there was nothing the staff can do about it since all the rooms have been reserved. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the organized events (hide-and-seek in the mall during off-hours, scavenger hunt and BINGO night for a chance of a free one-night-stay). For the price we paid (USD$750+ per night), I didn't expect anything less. The staff was friendly overall and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained.
