"Exceptional Five Star Experience at Aloft London Excel I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel, and once again, the level of hospitality was nothing short of world class. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The service here is truly five star, defined by a genuine warmth that is rare to find. I want to extend a special thank you to the operational manager, Alexandros Tsarnas, for maintaining such high standards across the property. It is clear that excellence is a priority here. Outstanding Staff Recognition A few individuals made my stay particularly memorable: Anuska (Receptionist): She is an absolute credit to the hotel. Anuska is incredibly good at her job, always smiling and radiating a positive energy that makes you feel instantly welcome. Sagar Singh (Duty Manager): I am immensely grateful to Sagar for his incredible kindness and professional touch. He handled my room allocation with great care and was generous enough to grant a late check out until 16:00, which made a huge difference to my trip. The attention to detail and the willingness to look after guests is what sets this hotel apart. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the team ensures you are well taken care of. I have already begun sharing my positive experiences with others, and I will certainly be back. Thank you for making my stay so special."

"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "

"This hotel is very busy and I had booked two rooms for my son’s wedding on Good Friday. I had contacted the hotel before my stay to ensure that we had twin rooms - I had previously booked them and thought I had paid in advance, but they said I hadn’t and advised that if rebooked through the method I wished to use, that although it would say King Size they would immediately change them to the twins I had booked - they suggested I not cancel the twins until I had booked the king size rooms just in case they sold out. I spoke directly with the Hotel after booking and was assigned the twin rooms instead of king size. So imagine our shock, disappointment and dismay when the beds were Ming Size and not Twin Beds! This was not acceptable and such a bad thing especially because I was called a few days later by Delta saying that the booking was cancelled and I said Yes, because I had rebooked and had spoken with the Hotel directly! So did this guy do something to my arrangements? I don’t know but at £150 plus £27 for breakfast x2 rooms for 1 night - the least I would expect is getting the correct bed configuration!"

"The location is great! You can get the cable car right to the property which is brilliant. The view of the water was my favourite part especially sitting by the window for breakfast,which was a fantastic buffet. The room was very small and so was the shower,and theres no tv but i didnt mind this. My only problem was lack of fresh air in the room as the window doesnt open at all."
