"Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home."

Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. "We had a small suite which was amazing, really comfortable and clean, just a small niggle here the Air Con was not working properly so it was very hot at night. Also in the part of the building where we were only one of the two lifts was working which meant waiting around a long time. We had breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was adequate. The two staff down there struggled to keep up and they ran out of orange juice glasses, scrambled egg and a couple of other items. I think particularly on Sunday they should have an extra person it was certainly busy enough. The food here was not the best but adequate for a good walk around Bristol. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again."
