"The breakfast was terrible. We were told on arrival that a continental breakfast was only available. If a European guest was offered this meal, they would have truly insulted as we were .when we used this hotel last year, we had a full English breakfast which was very good. The food standards now are appalling."

"Lovely upside down house. 2 big comfortable bedrooms, one with en suite (walk in shower). Large family bathroom, shower over bath. Great upstairs area with open plan kitchen, dining area with balcony and sea view. Andy the host was great, regular contact before with instructions for parking etc and also recommending cafes and restaurants. Great transport links with train and bus into Brighton too.
