"This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel."

As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...
