We had even checked out and they still continued to help us and were extremely communicative, hospitable, and friendly. The room had a gorgeous view, was very spacious and decorated in a trendy/modern way. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens. "A gem to find this lovely friendly place to stay. I had my 94 yr old mother with me & everything was easy & welcoming. We arrived on a late flight & were welcomed at the door, key access for late arrival was explained really well. There is a fabulous lounge area with tv, billiard table, comfortable seats & coffee machine. Great breakfast room as well with added outside area."
