"Smell is important, smelled great, welcoming, and very, very clean. Great view, pool, and location, for the first time using Vrbo it was 5 stars. The only thing is I'd say there were a lot more rules than we expected, we were a bit scared to use anything, and we didn't even think of using the dishes or make coffee. I assume that's what you have to do for cleanliness, but my family felt safe and secure and that was the most important."

"Condo was easy to get to and exactly as advertised. Instructions made it easy to get into, set up cable and to set AC etc… Patio was very relaxing, beds were comfortable and coffee maker was a BIG plus! Restaurants, bait stores and fishing piers were all just minutes away. We caught lots of fish and best of all a 39 inch 40 pound Black Drum! The fish of a lifetime! Only have one complaint we were not allowed to keep Black Drum. It was Too Big! Great time we highly recommend number 1910. We will...

"The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. My son enjoyed fishing of the very long pier. Not a bad drive to many activities. We were already talking about next spring break there."

"Very nice, however the beds were uncomfortable. Queen in master was like sleeping in a valley. Double bunk seemed smaller than a double for the couple in the room. Will need to opt for nothing less than queens or king size beds in future. also, should mention there is a one cup Keurig in kitchen which was great, but not mentioned in original write-up."

The pier on-site may or may not have good fishing, no one I talked with ever got anything, but you never know if that's the pier or the particular day... It is close enough to all of the other piers so that's not a big deal. I enjoyed it and felt at home."

Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points."
