"Location is good but not much else. Room was very small and cramped. Could clearly hear the people in the next room. Grubby and unkempt room, really need a freshen up. Front desk staff knew we were about to check in but promptly left the desk for several minutes. "

"The room was very disappointing, mould around A/C vents, on doors and in the bathroom. Furnishings poor condition, sofa stained, chairs in poor condition, tv cabinet missing two doors? Waĺls grubby, finger marks and grime. Paint peeling in bathroom, kitchen cutlery/crockery etc missed matched, 2 forks 3plates 2 teaspoons etc. Bathroom very poor condition, dirty grout corrosion in shower screen, dirty glass and vanity. Not what you would expect from The Mantra???? If this is a " NORMAL" room, the place needs a refurbishment. Don't stay here!"

We scratched ourselves to prices all night they double layer the pillow slips with layers instead of putting fresh ones on each time . My partner had to ring a uber at 4:30 am as my son who's birthday it was screamed , itched and cried all night"
