"Fantastic setting in the Cotswold, exceptional view, quiet village in authentic cottage where you dodge the cows rather than tourists. Three pubs very close and a dozen more a little further. Hilly but very walkable to Nailsworth and Stroud. The cottage has parking, lovely outdoor space, nice kitchen, bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs main bedroom and secondary room with bunk beds. Home has fireplace and appears to have good heating. We did not need as we end up there with heatwave. Downstairs lounge and back door allow for great airflow. However upstairs airflow is really tough when hot - also no fans. Really loved the village and cottage amazing. Cottage could do with fans and just a little TLC."

"Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day."

"This is a lovely cottage in a great little town with lots of amenities and instant access to the beautiful Cotswolds. The BIG caveat is that during nesting season the swallows are almost in the attic bedroom with you, causing significant sleep disturbance. Prepare for this with great earplugs, and you’ll be fine. Sadly this is not mentioned in the marketing, but is well signposted in the cottage. For this reason, the comfort for our stay was very poor."
