"The setting in a historic mill was fabulous , full of charm and character. The sound of the water was relaxing and atmospheric. Staff were helpful and polite and our room was huge and comfortable though would have preferred to be in the main building and certainly not underground as we were in room 30. It was disappointing that a cooked breakfast wasn’t available until the third day and we hadn’t been told this in advance - unclear communication! We’ve been assured that Expedia will refund us £60 ."

"Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day."

"This is a lovely cottage in a great little town with lots of amenities and instant access to the beautiful Cotswolds. The BIG caveat is that during nesting season the swallows are almost in the attic bedroom with you, causing significant sleep disturbance. Prepare for this with great earplugs, and you’ll be fine. Sadly this is not mentioned in the marketing, but is well signposted in the cottage. For this reason, the comfort for our stay was very poor."
