"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"I only stayed for 2 nights but the room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I used the room service amenities and the excellent food was delivered promptly by charming staff. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. When I left, I had a very pleasant experience with the bell man who loaded up my copious luggage with a smile and unloaded it into our car. He was so friendly and said he loved his job. What a pleasant experience!"
