"Staff were excellent, in particular I wish to commend and thank May and Vincent in reception. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and obliging. Parking was limited - I have a mobility permit and there were a number of occasions where people without permits were parked in these spots. I believe they are not monitored. Room was good but a microwave for extended stays would have been really useful. Staff were great in heating food for us but my son worked night shifts and on those days the kitchen was closed when he got back late. Otherwise, no complaints with the venue, facilities or staff. Thank you"

"The buffet breakfast was open in the morning. We only found out because we questioned about the restaurant. The price was the same for kids and adults. I think $25 for a bowel of cereal is too much. We also had to pay for parking $20 a day."

"My second stay at this apartment in the Harmony Suite. The staff at reception are so lovely and helpful, and a bonus is the amazing gym and pool you can use during the stay. No food room service but the club is conveniently right next door."
