Welcome to the Zum Hirsch holiday rental in Kirnbach—your home away from home in the Black Forest.

Our lovingly renovated holiday rental is located in the former Zum Hirsch inn, built in 1725, and combines historic charm with modern comfort. With its spacious layout, it accommodates up to 10 people and is ideal for families, friends, and small groups.

The apartment features four individually designed bedrooms with regional Black Forest themes, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, and a bathroom. The “Hirsch” family room is particularly popular, as it can be flexibly arranged for families with children.

As a historic building, the house retains many of its original features. Because it was originally built as the hosts’ living quarters—situated between the restaurant and the dance hall—three of the four bedrooms and one of the bathrooms have lower ceiling heights. This architectural feature gives the holiday rental its distinctive character and tells a part of the house’s long history.

A private sauna is available for your relaxation. On the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Black Forest and wind down at the end of the day.

Numerous hiking and biking trails begin right outside the front door. The idyllic town of Kirnbach near Wolfach is the ideal starting point for discovering the Black Forest with its traditional villages, attractions, and natural treasures.

Dogs are welcome here. A free parking space is located right next to the house. Additionally, a visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night applies to guests aged 16 and older. In exchange, you’ll receive the KONUS guest card, which allows you to use numerous buses and trains in the Black Forest free of charge.
