"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The views were magnificent and very relaxing. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy while preparing our meals. The bedrooms were also fully stocked (no need to bring extra bedding). The property is located a good distance away from shopping, so it is best to bring your own provisions when first arriving. Also, take it easy on the mountain roads, as they are very windy and steep. The host was very easy to deal with and May was available at all times if we needed anything. I would stay at your beautiful cabin in the future without hesitation! "

"This house was perfect for my family! We loved our stay! We hiked, played basketball, played in the pool, took more pictures than we want to admit! Shopped local, met so many amazing people, and had really good coffee! Avoided the heat wave happening at home while we were here! It was a great place to make memories with your people!!! "

"The mountains of North Carolina are for the soul!!! Choosing this rustic, away from the hubbub, down the gravel road getaway was perfect for recharging, reminiscing, relaxing and spending time with old friends who don’t NEED bougie to have a good time!The hot tub was so nice after a day of hiking and the beds were extremely comfortable for a night of rest! We visited the pool one day for a refreshing cool down and met some lovely residents! If you want a great burger, we recommend Stacks in Mars Hill! Delicious! We traveled to Burnsville, as well, strolling around the downtown area and order up pizza and beer at the local brewery, Homeplace. Delightful!"

"This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. "

"We stayed here for a short ski trip to Hatley Pointe. Easy drive down to the slopes. We also made a daytrip to Ashville, which was convenient. It snowed a few inches while were there and the view was great. The hottub was also very relaxing."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the last mile or so of the drive getting to the cabin and the driveway. The final stretch of road is dirt and quite muddy when it rains. The driveway is very steep and difficult to back out of. We brought our 24 Silverado ZR2 lifted truck and my steps still scraped a little backing out of the driveway. Luckily we brought my truck on the trip because a car wouldn’t have made it. There is a spot to park at the top of the property though if your vehicle can’t use the driveway.Overall, the property is great though. House is laid out great for family visits. I would definitely choose to stay here again!!!"

"Plenty of room for our large group. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Very well stocked with shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - all those little things you don’t want to have to worry about bringing on vacation. Great supply of linens too - including some outdoor towels for the hot tub. We cooked large meals each night of our stay, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had fun skiing at Hatley Pointe - and the house was conveniently close to get down to the ski lodge."
