**The space**

This condo has all the views! A unique two bedroom condominium facing the

slopes and base area as well as the Continental Divide. Comfortable living

area with balcony overlooking the slopes, leather sofa, granite counter-tops,

and dining table ensure there's a place for everyone to relax.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom

The second has a queen size bed

A sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
