Perfect 2 bedroom mountain getaway - modern furnishing!

This unit on the first floor is located in a building close to the clubhouse and the complimentary town shuttle stop, offering all the amenities required for your Colorado retreat. It features a spacious kitchen and an open floor plan that includes a living room and a separate dining area.
The updated kitchen highlights hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, along with two seating areas at the breakfast bar. A notable aspect of this unit is the stacked washer and dryer discreetly placed in a small nook adjacent to the kitchen.
The appealing decor in the main living area creates a perfect environment for relaxation, complete with a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and access to the private patio. The modern dining area can accommodate up to four guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen bed and features a renovated bathroom with dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom contains two double beds, and guests can utilize the updated hallway bathroom. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
A parking pass is required for this unit, limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.

Great condo and location

Everything you need for a great ski weekend with easy bus access to the Village. Very comfortable beds!
