The newly installed carpeting and modern furnishings will elevate your retreat; this family-friendly condominium offers an ideal location for your year-round Winter Park getaway. Located on the ground floor of the building, this unit boasts a private deck that presents a peaceful forest view, making it perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening after a day filled with outdoor adventures. Beaver Village is conveniently situated just one mile from the ski resort, providing access to town shuttles, and is within walking distance to the town, where summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center, as well as various shopping and dining options, can be found. The primary living area provides a spacious ambiance due to its open floor plan design. A dining table is available that can comfortably seat six individuals, allowing for celebratory moments in the fresh air. From the welcoming sectional sofa, one can choose their preferred view - whether it be the warmth of the gas fireplace, the television, or the tranquil forest scenery visible through the sliding glass door that leads to the private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for meal preparation. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, consisting of a Double on the bottom and a Twin on the top, along with a full bathroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. Nice and cozy place for the price. There was even an extra pull out bed in the bunk room, which was great for the three kids with us. Pay attention to pool and clubhouse hours. We almost missed the chance to swim even though this was a big part of why we booked the place.
We loved this place! Everything was comfortable. Very comfotable! The king bed suite was lovely and the other bedroom suite had a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and an additional trundle. And the living room has a pull out couch. Lots of sleeping options.The kitchen was well stocked. This place was just a quick 5 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and just a few minute drive into Winter Park for shops and restaurants. We're excited to come back with the rest of the family!
This condo was perfect! My son loved the bunk bed (now he wants one) and the place could have slept another family or a couple more kids if we needed it. Lots of small touches; games, coffee filters and coffee, plenty of kitchenware, blankets, etc. It’s in the perfect location; 5 mins from the resort, less than 5 to the town of Winterpark and another 5 to Fraser. We would stay here again!
This a true mountain condo within the lodgepole pine forest and is very quiet! The club house staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay.
Nicely furnished and very responsive, friendly management. Fireplace was the source of heat in the living room but was broken. There was no note to that effect. Maintenance person came promptly and diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. He also found a dead bat inside the grate. The fireplace was very dirty. Other than that the place seemed very clean with modern appliances and fixtures.

Good location, poor experience
When we got there the unit was absolutely freezing. The thermostat read 55 degrees and there are NO instructions on how to turn the fireplace on, which is the only heat source in the unit. The thermostat regulating the fireplace is clearly broken and didn’t do anything to turn it on. We went into the bedrooms to stay warm and saw that the bunk room had bedspreads that were totally disheveled- leading us to wonder if they had even been changed since the last renters. We called the property manager about the heat and they didn’t believe us. Finally they sent a technician over who was great and fixed it - and also acknowledged that this was not working properly, and that the property managers thought we were crazy to be calling about this. They clearly don’t know this unit. We had to remove a face plate On the unit and manually turn it on to have heat. We didn’t want to leave the gas running all night so when we woke up the main living area/ kitchen was back to 50 degrees - so we had to make breakfast and get ready jn freezing temps until the unit fore’s up after manually turning it on.
The wifi barely worked to stream anything on phones / daughters iPad.
Overall not a good experience and would not recommend this unit to others. Disappointed we pod that Koch for two nights having to deal with that.
