With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 19 guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Originally built in 1968, this mountain sanctuary has been expertly renovated, featuring high-end finishes and distinctive artistic details that are unique to this property. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a main floor that includes a custom storage area for your outdoor equipment, facilitating easy access for your adventures. The main level living space boasts custom plank flooring, ample room for relaxation while taking in the mountain vistas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to this area, a large dining table can seat up to 14 guests, allowing you to savor meals while enjoying views of the Continental Divide. The kitchen is generously sized, equipped with every appliance, abundant countertop space, custom cabinetry, a pantry, and a kitchen island. It also provides access to a half bathroom and a large deck featuring a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, as well as a private hot tub with views for relaxation in the mountain air. The place comfortably fit a large group of people. Winter Park Lodging Company was great in helping us choose the perfect place. They did a wonderful job and we were very happy with our decision. There were 13 of us and everyone was comfortable. The house was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, along with games, towels, and everything else that we needed. Thank you Jay and Kathy!
