Our private driveway is great for the kids to play. The townhome has three levels and a two-car garage that only parks one. Level 1 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a game room with Xbox. Kids room on this level sleeps three and the second bedroom has a double bed. Level 2 is the entry-level from the garage and has a high-end kitchen, laundry, and the main living area. Level 3 is the master suite with a queen bed, steam shower, and jet tub. Level three also contains a loft that can sleep two on a futon. All this and you can walk to downtown in 10 minutes. The brown line bus stop is at the end of our driveaway and runs every 30 minutes in the winter to Winter Park resort and town. We came to ski and ski we did! On the mountain and at Snow Mountain Nordic Center - as well as a little tubing and sledding and some fantastic hot chocolate and waffles apres ski. We enjoyed spending New Year’s Eve 2023 at this lovely home. The floor plan was perfect for our family. It can sleep 7 people comfortably (if needed, there is a futon). The living room and kitchen on the entry level made a perfect gathering place in evenings. The home owners provide some board/video games and dvd’s. The kitchen was fully stocked- including Saran Wrap, spices, flour, condiments, etc. The owners only ask that you replace anything that is emptied. The house is actually 1 structure divided into 2 homes; I thought we might be able to hear the family on the other side, but it was very quiet. The home is located at the end of the road, and it felt very private (but not too secluded). The only downfall was that there was no hot tub to soothe sore muscles after skiing. However, there is a steam shower and a huge tub in the master bath! Very nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home! ##### Janet N. Location is terrific, the home was clean and exactly as advertised. Our only suggestion for the owners would be to have a fan available for the above ground levels. Everything on the property is well maintained. The cleanness is above excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and also well maintained. Neighbors were friendly. Kitchen extremely well equipped - the only thing missing was plastic garbaoge bags! Heating works well, night we’re down to 30s. I have stayed in many VRBO/AIR BNB properties in the US and Europe and this was by far our best experience. The photos don't do the view justice. The mountain views from this rental are amazing. The rental was SPOTLESS, to the point that there wasn't even dust on the baseboards! I don't expect that level of cleanliness - but was very appreciative! The owners are the most responsive I have ever encountered and made everything very easy! I can't rave enough!! ##### Julie M.
