This vacation rental features modern upgrades in the kitchen, including new cabinetry and fixtures, along with a dining room that boasts a creatively designed picnic-style table. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.  
The master bedroom is defined by vibrant wall colors that harmonize with the custom furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a fully renovated bathroom that includes updated vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure.  
This unique and lively one-bedroom condominium is ideally situated near downtown and just minutes from Winter Park Resort, which can be reached via the complimentary town shuttle. Located in the 10 to 11 cul-de-sac of the property, it is merely a short walk to the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop.  
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.  
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
