The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill. ##### Valerie E.
