Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, this condo has consistently received excellent ratings from our previous guests. The inviting couches in the living room provide a charming spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy a show on the flat-screen television, or serve as an extra sleeping area for younger guests on the sofa sleeper. Guests can access a private deck from the living room, offering breathtaking views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from this third-floor unit. Experience the fully updated kitchen, which features oak cabinetry, granite countertops, tiled flooring, modern appliances, and soft yellow walls that contribute to the overall brightness of the space. The dining area is complemented by a large dark wood table that can seat 4 to 6 people. The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to include dual vanities. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, and the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Please note that air conditioning is not available. A parking pass is required for this unit, with a limit of one pass per unit. The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
