This opulent three-bedroom unit is located on the second floor and boasts a private deck that offers a picturesque view of the Fraser River. Adjacent to the unit’s entrance, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances that complement the wooden cabinetry and contemporary countertops. Next to the kitchen, the dining room is adorned with a generous table and chairs that can accommodate six individuals. Additionally, there is extra seating for four at the breakfast bar. In the living room, a flat-screen TV is mounted next to the wood-burning fireplace, providing various entertainment options, including a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access. The living room is also furnished with several comfortable pieces, including a newer sofa. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. This property features a complete master suite, which includes a newly installed bathroom and a King-sized bed, both introduced in April 2021\. A unique feature of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a Captain's Bunk. Furthermore, the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the common hallway, which also contains the washer and dryer. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area. The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them. We had 6 guests and the condo was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It is in a great location walkable to restaurants in town. My only negative is not the condo itself but that the condo is run by a management company which wants you login to their portal which was confusing and I had to call to figure out parking situation. The recreation center is very nice, but it would have been helpful to have directions to it, including how to use the card pass to open the doors. The condo has a great layout and is well equipped except for a few things: there was only 1 ice tray (no icemaker), and the nonstick pots and pans are quite worn. The carpet is in need of a cleaning. Otherwise the beds and furniture are nice and the bathrooms are great. We enjoyed the views and sound of the river from the deck.
