It boasts a primary suite and offers picturesque views, making it a perfect option for families or small groups. The condo is situated on the second floor. The ample living room, part of the open floor plan, is furnished with comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace, a 50" flat screen Smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. It also grants access to a 38-foot private deck that presents a view of the river. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The dining area showcases a large wooden table with chairs designed to accommodate six people, making it suitable for meals or leisurely board games and various activities. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and stove top, along with an abundance of cabinets and new countertops that enhance the overall upgrades. The elegant primary bedroom suite features a queen-sized bed and a wood burning fireplace, ideal for warming your feet or enjoying a romantic getaway. It includes a full bathroom and provides access to the spacious private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the main hallway. Master bed comfy. 2 twins in second bedroom ok. Living Rm furniture comfy. Very dated. Biggest issue was kitchen. Teapot on stove was completely rusted in the inside. Cheese grater also very rusty as well as a few other pots and pans. Pots and pans very old and scratched up. Wasn’t completely comfortable cooking in them. I rewashed all prior to use. Blankets very old. Kitchen dishrags and potholders were dirty and had holes in them. I’m not sure if this is the management company’s responsibility or the owners? I did leave a detailed list of a few things with the management company including the floor lamp in the living area that didn’t work either. Once again, I understand this is a budget rental. But those are simple things that could be corrected easily. Also, I’m guessing the fact that it is budget rental is why there were no extras in the kitchen such as SARAN , foil,, spices etc. that often times accompany VRBO’s. not such a big deal but just an FYI. Lastly, the bathrooms are super dated, but the master bath shower has a super old head but it’s super powerful! ##### Shuree R.
