We rented 2 homes across from each other to house a 19 person anniversary party. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus after a day of skiing. The first night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling from the snow melt on the roof. We've made it an annual tradition and this was a nice town home for the occasion. The kitchen was very stocked. All of the dishes, pots, pans and gadgets you could need (although only 1 kitchen towel). Great location and very spacious. Be aware, it is a 3 story home. All of the bedrooms are downstairs on the 2 and 3rd floors down. Its a hike from the very bottom floor to the main level, so if you have very young or elderly folks in your group, might not be the ideal location. We had the most amazing experience at Lakota Reserve 403! This place had everything we would need. First, we were overwhelmed by the "jaw-dropping" view of the resort and surrounding mountains when we walked into the great room. The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Our large group spread out comfortably among all 5 bedrooms. The decor/vibe was a 10/10\. Getting to and from the resort was easy due to the free shuttle stop at the end of the street. Soaking in the hot tub after skiing was a highlight for all. The Winter Park Escapes staff were a joy to work with! Can't wait to book this place again!
